`@pounds'{} (#): Pounds Sterling
================================

  Use the `@pounds{}' command to generate `#'.  In a printed manual,
this is the symbol for the currency pounds sterling.  In Info, it is a
`#'.  Other currency symbols are unfortunately not available.
