Problems with gcc 3.0.x

 StatistX
Apparently gcc 3.0.x cannot compile properly certain macros in the libFoundation. Since these macros are used also in GToolKit and StatistX, both packages do not compile with gcc 3.0.x. Currently you can only use gcc 2.95.x or use the pre-compiled binaries from StatistX Download. StatistX homepage
