This is an old version of piechart.c.
It is known to work with plotutils-1.3.

The sample images were created with 

# a comment, followed by an empty line

Berny   20.02
Joe 10


as input file probe1.dat and the command:
	piechart_fig -t 'Hello World!' <probe1.dat >probe1.fig

The image was saved from within xfig.
